However, it was when we experienced the problem created by the GE installers and saw the level of effort that your staff went to in order to ensure that we got a positive outcome to the problem that we were blown away. Dear sir/Madam, I must compliment your Company on the smooth transaction & delivery of my Bosch Front Loader Washing Machine. It was ordered on Sunday 14th, and delivered on Tuesday 16th. The delivery was an excellent experience, with the Guys on the truck informing me of the expected delivery times, and then keeping me updated to the hour, as promised. They were also very courteous and helpful. The bonus was that they were able to take the old machine away without any fuss. This is the 2nd time that I have dealt with your company, and will have no hesitation in purchasing white goods from your Company in the future.
