The flavour and consistency of coffees is good. However, you cannot permanently save your settings for all coffees, only 8 out of the 15 preset coffees that are available. Jura's website and the manual say you can, but you can't. You can save your settings only for the 8 coffees displayed on the Start Screen. All other 7 coffees are fixed to Jura's presets and you can't set and save your preferences for these additional 7 coffees. If you move one of the additional 7 coffees to the Start Screen by replacing an existing one, then you can set and save your preferences for the new coffee while it is on the Start Screen. As soon as you move it off the Start Screen back to its original screen, your settings are cancelled and set back to Jura's presets. I didn't pay thousands of dollars for this half baked functionality.
