I purchased a fridge recently to replace our current one that ceased working. On the day of delivery I woke to find the old fridge working again. Upon calling Appliances Online to advise that I did not require the old fridge to be taken away when the new fridge was being delivered (assuming it was too late to cancel) I was pleasantly surprised to receive the option to cancel the order and get a full refund. Incredible service, pleasant staff and never left waiting on the phone. I will DEFINITELY use appliances online moving forward based on top customer service and low prices. I will also recommend to anyone purchasing new whitegoods. Thank you for a positive experience, really makes for a very nice change!!!Amazing customer service experience I purchased a frontloader washing machine on Wednesday at 10 pm and it was delivered Friday afternoon. The price was excellent, the delivery was prompt, my old machine was taken away and the new one installed! I was called twice on the day of delivery to be updated and the delivery arrived as promised on time. Excellent service!!!! I have already mentioned your company to several friends and will continue to tell others. I will definitely be purchasing from your company again.
