Got home and jumped on the net looking for reviews on it and found you! You were cheaper, offered delivery, set up and taking away our old one - things that added to the cost with G*** G*** ($60 local delivery and $10 to take away our old one). I was a bit nervous ordering a large purchase on the net, but I put it through Friday afternoon on your website. We received a call Monday morning and it was delivered before 11am. We kept waiting for something to go wrong, but everything was perfect including the delivery guy who was very professional. Thank you so much for a great customer service experience - loving our new Fridge! :)Everything was perfect Can't stop talking about the fantastic service we received from Appliances online when we bought our new fridge. The transaction took less than 5 minutes over the phone around breakfast time on Monday. It was delivered from Sydney to us in Canberra the following day at 10:12 am.
