With service like this I will be buying from you again
I would like to bring to your attention the efficient and quick service delivered by two of your workers - Jim and Nathan. Last night I had a LG refrigerator delivered and the item had a paint chip right in the middle of the door. So the fridge was not plugged in or used. I was given the choice of a discount or a replacement fridge. As we have guests arriving from the US tomorrow morning, I could not wait till Fri for a replacement fridge so I accepted a discount on the purchase price. Nor did I want our old fridge sitting in the middle of the dining room til Friday. I was assured that the old fridge would be removed tonight. Well this morning Jim and Nathan arrived, took the old fridge levelled off the new fridge and were most personable and pleasant in their manner, as well as being efficient in their job. I would like to thank you for arranging the prompt pickup of the old fridge and compliment Jim and Nathan too. Two years ago we bought a washing machine from you and now a fridge. With service like this I will be buying from you again and will be telling all our friends about the great prices and service your company offers. Thank you very much. Tony,
Exemplary----price, customer service, communication
On December 26 I ordered, on line, a Fisher and Paykel dryer at a low price. On December 28 I received a call advising that delivery was scheduled between 10am and noon on December 30. On December 30 I received a call confirming delivery. At 10am on the same day, our existing dryer miraculously came back to life! I called your company and, somewhat hesitantly, asked if our order, which was already heading our way, could be cancelled. “No problem” was the reply. I then asked if there would be a fee. “No”. I then started to write a diary not to check in a couple of weeks that our payment had been credited back to us. Whilst doing so, I received an email from PayPal advising that the credit had been made! Every aspect of your company’s service was exemplary----price, customer service, communication. We are very impressed. If only service half as good as yours was the norm as far as Australian companies in general are concerned, doing business would be a breeze! Thank you all so much.
