Amazing from start to finish
Good Morning, My name is Carmel Lowry, I have just received my delivery of my washing machine. I just wanted to thank you for your great service, it was amazing from start to finish, less than 24 hours I am half way through my first wash. This is the second time I have used your company and will not hesitate to spread the word around. Your company could teach other companies the true meaning of the quote"great service". From the gentleman on the phone to the two young lads that delivered and installed the machine. If the machine gives me the same service that I have seen so far, I will be one happy lady. Hi Kidsmagic, Thank you for your question. The alarm clock does require to be plugged into mains power to operate. The battery is only used for a time back-up in case the power supply is interrupted, so you don't have to set the time again when the power comes back on.
