    Recently purchased this machine for my Mother. Process through Appliances online great, including delivery. Less than 6mths in, the glass door exploded without warning. Hisense have claimed not covered under warranty as an "Act of God" - their White Good Technical Expert can attest to this (I guess he checked with God??). No offer for any further assistance with replacement of the compromised door, leaving the machine unuseable & useless. Level of customer service from Hisense appalling - just not interested - "too bad, so sad attitude". Would not recommend this other any other Hisense product.

    Terrible machine
    I bought this machine late last year to fit in with a kitchen renovation I was undertaking. Despite being told it would be more than suitable it has never lived up to that promise. Spin cycle takes it almost into the air and runs the risk of destroying cabinetry and bench top above. Even my full body weight did not stop this from bouncing across the floor. This is despite a plumber installing it.

    Hello there, hypothetically you could. But it depends on the width and depth of the countertop dishwasher (neither should exceed the width or depth of the washing machine). If I were doing this, what I'd suggest is popping "above washing machine storage" into your search engine of choice. I'd look into trying to find one of these units where the bottom shelf is the perfect fit for the dishwasher. Washing machines vibrate, if you stack a heavy heat pump dryer on top, it buffers those vibrations, a countertop dishwasher may not do the same. Kind regards, Adam from Appliances Online.     Hi Sandra, I've just sourced a user manual from Hisense (it should show on the live site in the next few hours). Hisense said this model does not require a load rebalancing system. The length of the cycles depends on the water temperature. There is a 15 minute 'Quick Wash' cycle, but this is for smaller loads. The type of dryer you choose also determines it (are you looking for a vented or heat pump dryer?).
