I ordered this refrigerator some weeks ago. Initially there were problems with connecting and the temperature control. I contacted Appliances Online to express my concern. They offered to replace the refrigerator, however they also gave instructions about how to resolve this issue...they explained that it often takes some hours for the temperature to adjust after travel time. I followed these instructions, set the temperature to 2 degrees and after some hours the refrigerator began working and has satisfactorily done so ever since. The size is perfect for our family, although the freezer could do with an improved design. The delivery team were impressive always. Happy with the purchase, service and delivery.

Our fridge died the week of Christmas so it was stressful to find another to fit our kitchen size and fine a white one as they're hard to come by. This one is apparently larger than our previous but it certainly doesn't feel like it is which is weird. The veggie crisper is really small and we've had to do a lot of trial and error to get the temps right. Also disappointed that the person I spoke with told me the fridge came with the kit to change the hinges. It does. But... they didn't mention that changing might void the warranty. We're keeping the hinge on the right which is annoying but it'll do. It's a good looking fridge that's all it gets points for at this stage.
