Haier are the best. I purchased this for my bedding because my previous Haier is 7.5 kg and I can now take advantage of UV protect, autodose and ultrafresh.

I am so dissatisfied with this machine that I genuinely do not want to use it. It has been extremely disappointing, especially given the expectations I had when purchasing a higher-capacity model. Instead of making life easier, it has made washing more time-consuming and inefficient. My previous machine was an LG 10kg, and it easily handled king-size sheepskin mattress protectors and king-size blankets without any issue. I purchased this 12kg model expecting a larger drum capacity, however I was extremely surprised to find that the drum appears significantly smaller than my previous 10kg machine. I am now only able to wash about half the volume I could previously. Because I am having to do smaller loads, I’m also wasting space in my 10kg dryer. It increases time spent washing and drying as well as electricity costs. The wash cycles are also very long — more than double the duration of my previous machine. After the wash is complete, it continues spinning for an extended period (sometimes over an hour), which seems to be some form of post-wash drying function. This significantly increases total cycle time. Overall, I am very unhappy with this purchase and would not recommend this machine. I was so pleased with my LG washing machine that I actually purchased one as a gift for a family member. I am seriously considering spending the money to repair my previous LG 10kg washer instead.
