Just wanted to leave you a message to say how fantastic your service is. I ordered a tumble dryer off you guys, I received an email letting me know the order was received, shortly afterwards I received an email letting me know that my order was ready to be shipped, the driver rang me to let me know when he was coming and WAS HERE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE! Hi, I would just like to write to say thank you for your promised fast delivery. When I read on the online receipt that I would get a phone call in the morning and then delivered within 2 hours from that time I laughed to myself thinking yea right I will believe it when I see it. Well to my surprise your delivery man rang me up at 710 this morning and delivered it by 830. I couldnt believe it this must be what good customer service looks like? been a while since I have seen it. The bloke also had a great attitude and a good phone manner when he called me especially for a delivery driver. If I had the $$ on me I would have tipped him for the great Customer Service, being punctual and having a good attitude you just dont find this anymore. Thanks Zach, Bellbird Park, QLD

Just had to send some feedback on your fantastic service. I did send a message with the delivery guys but wanted to send this as well. Last Friday morning our faithful fridge had died!!! but before 10am that morning I had found your website & a replacement fridge with the added bonus of removal of old fridge & 'cheap as chips' delivery charge. I can't believe how totally painless & professional this process was. Our fridge was delivered before 9am this morning & as we live in a semi rural area where it is sometimes VERY difficult to get service persons & deliveries to our location I have to say we are over the moon with such wonderful service.
