We recently purchased a refrigirator from you. We were very impressed with the friendly and helpfull delivery men, the price of the item on your site was $ 994.00 plus $ 16.00 delivery (from Sydney to Canberra) this included instalation and removel of the old fridge. The same fridge was $1390.00 at ***, but they wanted 50.00 delivery and no removal of the old fridge. We are very impressed with your service and have recommended your site to friends. Many thanks. Amazing customer service experience
I really wanted to thank Appliances Online for an amazing customer service experience. I purchased a fridge recently to replace our current one that ceased working. On the day of delivery I woke to find the old fridge working again. Upon calling Appliances Online to advise that I did not require the old fridge to be taken away when the new fridge was being delivered (assuming it was too late to cancel) I was pleasantly surprised to receive the option to cancel the order and get a full refund. Incredible service, pleasant staff and never left waiting on the phone. I will DEFINITELY use appliances online moving forward based on top customer service and low prices.
