When the plumber went to install the sink, it was discovered that there were parts related to the overflow that were missing. This has meant that despite having the sink installed in a new kitchen, we can't use it as the overflow cannot be fitted. Given the amount that we paid for the sink, I certainly expect better than this. To make matters worse, the customer service from Winnings has been poor. Firstly, no one ever answers the phone or returns a call if you leave a message, so I had to go into the store to advise them of the situation. That was three days ago, and so far, despite me making more phone calls, I still don't know if the required parts have been ordered or sent, or if anything at all has been done. To further compound the problem, the drainer that was ordered with the sink has never been supplied, and despite me chasing this for about six weeks, the reasons for its non-supply continue to be vague. Once again, no one from Winnings has ever phoned me to let me know what's going on. Given the large amount of money we've spent at Winnings this year on numerous appliances, I'm extremely disappointed.
