[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having used the 2 drawer dishwasher before, am slightly disappointed with this model. The racks are on the flimsy side, and it does not dry the dishes completely, I have to use a tea towel to dry mostly dishes on the top shelf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, even when the drying option is selected, the plates and utensils are not fully dried at the end of the cycle. This defeats the purpose of the drying function and requires additional manual drying. Secondly, the plate racks feel weak and poorly constructed. The pull-and-push action is not smooth, making everyday use frustrating. In comparison, my previous Bosch dishwasher had very strong racks with smooth movement, which made loading and unloading effortless. Another major concern is the control panel design and power behaviour. Every time the door is opened or closed, the operating functions get activated. Because the dishwasher is installed next to the sink, it is very common to accidentally lean against the control panel, which frequently causes the machine to start operating unintentionally. There is also no proper central power-off function when the machine is not in use. Even when the dishwasher is switched off using the on/off button, it automatically powers up again as soon as the door is opened. This is extremely inconvenient and, in my view, a poor design choice. My previous Bosch dishwasher had a clear central power on/off function located inside the door, which prevented accidental activation and provided much better control. Overall, this Fisher & Paykel dishwasher feels like a downgrade in terms of build quality, usability, and user experience compared to my previous Bosch appliance.
