I loved the whole appliances online experience
I was extremely impressed, ordered fridge online in comfort of my own home 7.30 at night and delivered 2 days later within time frame promised, with a pleasant phone call at 715am morning of delivery promising delivery between 9 and 11am. Arrival was 9.20am. how impressive.. I loved the whole appliances online experience. Delivery guys were friendly and very efficient. answered all my questions and even took the packaging away along with my old appliance. wouldn't shop any other way, as prices are fantastic too. Cheapest of all competitors and free delivery
Hi team, I know you probably receive great feedback all the time but I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with my experience with Appliances Online. My washing machine broke down on Thursday night. After doing a bit of internet research, I found Appliances Online to be cheapest of all competitors and free delivery! Not even 2 hours after my machine breaking, I had ordered my new Samsung machine from you (which works great, by the way) and was thrilled to know it would be delivered on Monday. I can't believe I didn't need to leave my home to buy such a large appliance and that it would be delivered so quickly and for such a competitive price. The delivery boys came in the morning and took my old machine and all the rubbish away. What a wonderful service. We sorely need companies like Appliances Online who have such a great work ethic.
