    Handyrack

    The included Handyrack attaches to the inside of the main oven door so you can safely check on your dish without having to reach into the hot cavity. The rack holds up to 5.5kg, making it ideal for family roasts.

    The high-powered wok burner is immensely powerful and makes it easy to prepare tasty laksas, stir-fries, or noodle dishes. And while your main dish is cooking, you can readily prepare rice or other accompaniments with the additional burners.

    Convenient cooking

    Whether you're preparing bacon and eggs or searing a juicy steak, Falcon's multi-zone gives you the ability to cook either on a flat ceramic surface or a non-stick griddle plate.

    Assisted cleaning

    Catalytic liners help assist with the cleanup of the oven's interior by absorbing food fat splashes and reducing them to ash during high-temperature cooking. The ash can then be wiped away, without chemicals or scrubbing.

I’ve been baking bread, cooking for the family, and enjoying the efficiency and space of the two ovens. The griddle is an unexpected delight; easy to use and super easy to clean. Best thing is the even bake of the lemon meringue pie. I genuinely have no complaints.
