The entire process was painless
To Appliances Online. I would like to thank you for the excellent service you recently provided with my recent purchase of a refrigerator. If only all places provided the level of customer service you provide, things would be much easier for we consumers. I am pleased to say that the process outlined on your website occurred as claimed - the product was delivered the next business day after it was ordered, I was called before 10am on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time window, and it was delivered within that window. There was a small glitch with the online ordering process in that I didn't receive a confirmation page after submitting payment, but a call to the Support phone number confirmed the order had been placed and the payment had been received. The only thing that didn't happen as specified on the website was a phone call an hour before the delivery. When I asked the delivery personnel about this they explained it was they are so busy that it is difficult to g Drew, Cloverdale, WA
