    Wrote online product review, Euromaid contacted. Then Euromiad contacted me and offered full refund. Returned to Appliances Online and purchased Westinghouse. Love it

    How can I get this machine to work at all!!? The times for the cycles are just made up. The 28 min cycle took an hour and half. The next time we tried, it got to 1min and then wouldn’t finish - just kept washing, Wouldn’t spin or drain. Kate · 2025-02-20

    How do I get the 27 minutes wash? Alfredo · 2023-12-26
    Hello Alfredo, Thank you for this product question, this model does not have a dedicated 27min cycle there is a quick 14 but keep in mind to speed up this cycle you have to reduce the load capacity to about 2kg load, the wash times vary depending on the cycle selected also how much clothing placed inside and how much detergent you have used if placing too many garments the machine will recalculate the wash time so everything is washed correctly same when you place too much detergent cause over sudsing the machine will recalculate the wash cycle to reduce for too much detergent and provide an update finish time.
