Things are looking brighter
The stove in question was bought for Flood victims in the Lockyer Valley Queensland . That is to whence it was delivered and I believe it has at last now been installed as the mud etc has been cleared from the home and they have cooked with it. They are now growing their crops of parsley, coriander and potatoes again and with the generosity of others things are looking brighter but they are exhausted from the sheer magnitude of the floods and the clean up. If the battery runs low and you don't have a spare battery available, you can still light both the oven and cooktop manually with a match or a gas lighter. Hello Thank you for this product question, this model does not require any power connects this is completely manual ignition, there is a button on the control panel that will spark when pushed to operate all functions, an "AA" Battery is required not included.
