Good for a quick cheap buy
Bought it a month ago. It does what it has to do. But wow it is loud so loud sometimes I think there is a thunder storm lol. The clothes don’t spin enough so there still pretty wet and heavy when you take them out to hang for its price can’t complain though . But if I could take it back and get myself a better expensive one I would.

awesome washer
I love this washing machine I bought this washing machine a month ago and love it its small which means looks are deceiving but I know for a fact that yes it is a 9.5 and easy to use and is differently worth its value so far I have no complaints will agree it is a little noisy but compared to my last washing machine which was a simpson by far way better quality I love it Esatto have 2 thumbs up from me

I dont often have any praise for companies in QLD but after buying a small freezer a month ago from a large retail outlet, I had to wait 4 days to pick it up at the shop. With my purchase yesterday from you I not only received it cheaper but the next day, the two people doing the delivering were efficiant, courtious and set up the washer and took the old washer away and no delivery charge, where were you when I needed a freezer and I will be dealing with you again, no worries. Just a short note to say how refreshing it is to have some great customer service.I was very hesitant about ordering online for such a large item, however I was pleasantly surprised on your professionalism and level of customer service. I ordered on Friday afternoon and the item was delivered as promised Monday morning. The delivery guys were very friendly and you could tell they were happy with their job, not only did they install, took away my old washer, removed all the packaging material all in a very efficient manner.
