I'm very happy with my purchase. It was excellent value, works very well, & is a smaller footprint than my old machine. I'm very impressed with the two year warranty. The delivery people were very polite and helpful.

Bought this for my elderly parents. Works well enough doing a good job fairly quickly. Operating the controls can be a little confusing at first but easy enough to get it to do what you want. Hopefully it will go some distance but only time will tell.

We have been very, very impressed with the service provided by appliancesonline. We found out about the company through an online search. The website is extremely easy to use and contains comprehensive information which reduces the need for background research. Other sites we tried seemed to lack information and were less user-friendly. The call centre has been extremely helpful when I have rung. The machine ordered was out of stock, so the next model up was supplied within an hour of a call to check upon delivery! Delivery was free and the packaging was taken away. We have an ancient dying F &P top load machine . Is there any direct replacement offering the same flexibility in terms of adjusting length of wash/spin/water level/spin speed on the fly. The control layout of this one suggests that it may come close Margaret · 2024-10-07
Hi Margaret, in terms of a direct replacement, F&P still make top-of-the-line front load washing machines. I'd say this would probably be a good option: Fisher & Paykel 10kg Top Load Washing Machine with UV Sanitise WL1064G1. In terms of moving from an F&P to an Esatto, there are a few differences you'll notice. You won't get the same level of programmes and customisation you get on an F&P. The other main difference is that this machine does not have a full-length agitator, which is something to consider if you're used to having one. Hi Danny, it doesn't sound to be operating normally and should be draining the water during the process of a normal cycle. I can see it was only just delivered.
