I got the ovens in my new house, the oven which I used was not working within the guarantee time and was fix and after another year and a half is not working properly again and need to get someone to fix it..

As with any new oven it is taking a while to get use to this oven. It looks beautiful in our kitchen but seems to not get as hot as it needs to so I am cooking things at 10-20 degrees above what is recommended. However the worst feature is the angled oven racks, it is very difficult to get items out of the oven without spilling or burning yourself due to the oven rack's (which are angled on both sides). I have already received one burn on my arm trying to juggle things onto these racks and would like to know if it is possible to replace the racks with ones without the angles.

Have 2 of these ovens side by side and after 4 years both of them now cut out and turn off before reaching desired temperature.
