Some reviews here are on point, however, we're happy with the ERR927SA rangehood. We too had issues with light globe 4-6 weeks after purchase but after being stern Electrolux posted out replacement (haven't had to replace in 3 years). Yes, its a bit noisy but we are in a large open plan space so not an issue. Runners work well, so does suction. Ease of cleaning a plus. There wasn't much choice in retrofitting an old basic model so were thankful to buy a smart looking unit such as the Electrolux slide-out rangehood.

We bought this rangehood to replace a cheap one as part of a full kitchen renovation. The extraction and lighting are better but the slide out mechanism is not as smooth as the one we threw away. The brushed stainless trim at the front of the slideout is very poorly finished at the ends. It's a European name but it's not European quality.
