[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit to replace my old (15 years) one. While it's definitely scary at first, give the complexity of the instructions, it offers so much more than what I had previously that it's worth it.. I can't wait to cook my first big meal!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trouble from the day we got it, even with instructions the initiation process to turn on the cook top has challenged many users. Fickle. Not intuitive. We purchased cooktop for a holiday accommodation for ease of cleaning and usage, and we consistently get messages and complaints about the cook top not being usable and guests resorting to top of a fireplace or bbq. Electrolux has not replied to messages for support. A lot of money for erratic use.

Bought this product with three cooking areas whilst our other one had four . Occasionally missed the fourth plate but still very happy with the new cooktop.
