Speaking of the door, it has been designed with an extra-large opening so loading and unloading laundry is easier and you’ll never miss those smaller items like socks and underwear. At the heart of this machine is the powerful EcoInverter motor, which cuts vibrations and noise to the barest whisper.     Looking to stack a dryer on my EWF7524CDWA purchased from you in 2020, your measurements say 575mm in depth but I just measured mine and it's only just 500mm if I measure the depth at the longest point ? Danielle · 2021-02-10
    Hi Danielle, Thank you for your question. To safely stack a dryer on top of a washing machine, the dryer needs to be the same width and depth or smaller as the washing machine.     Wondering if the machine drains the prewash water before starting the main cycle? Also does the prewash run at the same temperature as the main wash is set? Emiedx · 2019-12-09
    Good Evening, Thank you for this question generally with the prewash when you select this program would be for very dirt clothes the prewash cycles will assist to clean your clothes the dirty water is flushed out then filled with clean water which passes through the detergent dispenser before adding to the wash bowl. The pre wash is not at the same temperature as the wash the cycle is not long enough. You may want to view extra information from the product manual attached to this item on our website from page 13 onward.
