I live on the 3rd floor and delivery in Woonona is always "Out of Region", I don't have a trailer to remove the old machine,I am a woman on my own - so no men to help carry it up the stairs....I thought this is going to be another bad experience. With Appliances Online nothing was a drama...delivered the day after I ordered it and up my stairs, connected it up, took the old away, came on time, delivery guys were kind and accomodating...the ordering was simple - found product and service reviews very helpful. Price seems fair and reasonable and I didn't have to leave home to find a machine. I am absolutely WOW'ed by this company and will CERTAINLY order from them again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. I thought there may be a problem with delivery between Christmas and the new year. But our new fridge was delivered two days after it was ordered (I asked for the extra day to make room. I could have got it next day).
