Appliances Online not only matched a cheaper price, they advised they would call the next day after i ordered to confirm delivery time (which they did), then actually delivered within that 2 hour time window and picked up my old one for free. I've never bought applicances online before, and was a bit apprehensive, particularly as I wanted it delivered to a different address.
