    why i hate this machine
    It clogs after only a few minutes and starts pulsing meaning you have to take it to bits which is more than difficult when you have arthritis. My home is not that dirty even with a dog !!!! The internet is full of people asking for help with this problem so its not just me.

    Dyson is Fantastic! I wouldn't buy anything else! Had the dc23 for 5 yrs. I had a motor problem towards the end of this period and it was promptly fixed by Dyson. Very pleased

    Good cleaner
    Our DC23 has certainly better suction than the traditional vacuum cleaners from other makes. Operates and empties fairly easily. The only problem we have had is with the turbine head, which we had to replace.
