Brought this for showroom as did not want product that gets hot because customers may touch. Already purchased one year ago so decided to get another one as delighted with product. The Dyson looks very chic and produces a good supply of heat, also the added facility to have cool air blown about. Would highly recommend.

I bought this product several months ago to take me through a cold winter and hot summer. Whilst I have high ceilings, my room is well within the recommended square footage for use and I wouldn’t say it offers any meaningful relief from either the cold nor the heat unless it’s very close to you - and then it’s very drying and quite loud. In hindsight I would have tried a larger model but wanted something a little more inconspicuous. I don’t think I would purchase again (and definitely not at full price) and wouldn’t recommend.

To Whom it may concern: My Dyson AM09 Far Heater has started smoking while using the heating function. The plug feels like it is going to catch on file. This is horrible, I used to love this machine and now I am scared to us it. Very disappointed. I am a long-standing believer of Dyson but this product has been a huge disappointment. I have faith Dyson will make this right. Please contact me. I am afraid this will happen to others. Which is the only reason I am posting this review. I am concerned for others. I have used this product at my office and at home. The over heating of the cord occurred in both places. This might be a possible recall issue. Either way, I want a replacement. If you find it is a random defect.
