Make me feel like a valued customer
I want to say a BIG thank you to Colin for going to so much to make me feel like a valued customer, my Samsung combo didn't dry the clothes and he didnt hesitate to have a replacement sent out immediately. I now have beautiful clean, dry clothes and feel I have satisfaction with the product I almost wrote a bad report online about in one of those product feedback forums, if anything Collin gave me faith in Samsung again, simply by using old fashion customer service.. Initially people around me told me to be wary of purchasing anything of that value over the internet, but after I had Collin look after me with that personal touch, I will gladly recommend Appliances Online to anyone thinking of purchasing an appliance. I cant speak high enough of how happy I am now.

Wow how impressive
I bought a Maytag washing machine and my wife has never been happier.We have a big family and needed a new machine asap as our old one had done it's time.We ordered on the Monday and were told that it had to come from sydney so it would be here Tuesday week,you guys fast tracked it for us and it got here on the Friday, four day's early, Wow how impressive thanks alot. As the customer, we were kept well informed of the procedure for the arrival of our new fridge, via text and email. The delivery arrived in the exact time frame that had been promised and the drivers took away our old fridge. I have been and will happily recommend your company to anyone. When you enter your postcode and select your suburb, our system checks the stock availability in your state and determines if a technician provides installation services in your area. If everything is in order, the fee will be displayed online.
Please note that the installation fee applies to a 'Like-for-Like' installation, meaning that all necessary services must be available. This fee does not cover situations where extra connections are required. For instance, if you're switching from an electric product to a dual fuel (Gas/Electric) system, this fee will not apply. In such cases, you will need to request an inspection, and a separate quote will be provided.
