My son told me about your site, cos he wanted his mum to get him a fridge ha ha, which I did, as his old one had died of old age!, Appliances online, was my first, I had never purchased a fridge online, it was sooo easy, very efficient, and my son, was happy about the contact that he received from the guys doing the delivery. Hi, I would just like to compliment Appliances Online and the two delivery guys that delivered my fridge (one was named Ali). I was very impressed with the availability, ability to deliver in the timeframe I wanted, pricing and service. In contrast, some local retailers were charging twice - yes, twice - the price, all had no stock and offered a 2-3 week lead time. When you enter your postcode and select your suburb, our system checks the stock availability in your state and determines if a technician provides installation services in your area. If everything is in order, the fee will be displayed online.
Please note that the installation fee applies to a 'Like-for-Like' installation, meaning that all necessary services must be available. This fee does not cover situations where extra connections are required. For instance, if you're switching from an electric product to a dual fuel (Gas/Electric) system, this fee will not apply. In such cases, you will need to request an inspection, and a separate quote will be provided.
