I have NEVER known such efficient service
I had never heard of your company before doing a google search. the testimonial page convinced me. i ordered a washing machine. the emails from your company explaining the procedure were very clear. the next day l received a phone call at 7.30am from a delivery man that my machine would be delivered between 8 and 10. 8.15 2 guys arrived with it on the door step, 5 minutes later it was installed, ready to go and my old machine taken away. It is so rare to receive exceptional service that I had to email and let you know. I recently purchased a new washer and a dryer from appliances online after trying to find a bargain on ebay and missing out every time. Not only was I able to buy a new Bosch from you, but the helpful customer service rep gave me a good deal on my dryer also.
