Fan oscillation function did not work properly from the start and then failed altogether. Reported to Dimplex who sent me back to retailer who said they needed a replacement authority from Dimplex that they had to request and that Dimplex would contact me in a couple of days. Nearly 2 weeks later still nothing from Dimplex. Have a fan that does not work and an older fan bought from Target at half the price is far better quality in terms of frame and motor housing. Hopefully a new fan will come sometime soon.
