I would like to let you know that I am extremely impressed with your service. The hardest part of this transaction was deciding which washing machine to get, once that was decided the rest was stress free, there were no "hiccups" along the way and your delivery people were friendly and professional and it was great to get a phone call in the morning to tell us that they would be at our home between 11 and 1, they actually arrived just after 11.30.
