Brilliant. We then were told that the cooktop was against Victoria regulations (due to the design of the kitchen, NOT Appliances Online). We called in and explained our problem and Andrew was kind, cooperative and quite honestly bloody efficient. All sorted and happy. Appliances Online took what could have been a painful time and turned it into a fantastically easy experience. Thank you to Andrew, the delivery team and all at Appliances Online.
