It was my first time buying a brand new fridge and it has to be one of the easiest things I have ever done. I purchased the 394L Samsung SR394NW on a Thursday and chose to have it delivered the next day and to my surprised it was actually delivered to my front door on Friday! I live on the 2nd floor without an elevator so the friendly delivery men brought it up 3 flights of stairs, removed the cardboard box from the fridge and placed it in my kitchen exactly where I wanted it! I will definitely purchase white goods again from applianceonline and not to mention their prices are competitive with the same type of warranty that retail offers. Customer service i received over the phone was top notch

I recently purchased a fridge from you guys, and was slightly hesitant having worked for one of the big electronics retailers before, and have heard horror stories about other online sites. I can happily say though that I have absolutely no complaint in any area of the transaction. Great price, FREE and prompt delivery, and the customer service i received over the phone was top notch.
