The best thing is we didnt have to leave home to buy the product or organise removal as the delivery men set up the machine and took the old one away. Too easy!!! The delivery men were fantastic - took great care, communicated with each other all the way up the staircase and were very thorough in their intructions while being fast & efficient. ...and took away both old products for free! So far both products are going very well, so I cant comment on aftersales service, and hope i never need to!
