I just wanted to say a big thank for my new fridge which was delivered today. This is the first time that I have used an online company to purchase a major appliance and I have to say it was a very positive experience.I also wanted to mention how much I appreciated the great customer service I received from Brian. I contacted your company yesterday needing a fridge urgently and the fridge I wanted was not in stock. Brian took the time to see what my requirements were and was able to recommend an alternate fridge which could be delivered next day. That is what customer service is all about so thank you.
