I stumbled into this site when looking for a washing machine repair man and boy I'm glad I did!! The mid year sales were begining to kick in yet Appliances Onlines advertised price was still at least $100 cheaper and in one instance $150 cheaper! and the retail stores weren't offering an additional 3 years warrently and delivery for free!!!! I will never have to brave the salesmen again!Price was still at least $100 cheaper I have been very impressed with the professional & prompt service from Appliances Online. The website is easy to navigate, informative, product variety & availability is very good and the prices are unbeatable! I have now bought a w/machine & a few weeks later a vaccuum cleaner. When I called the customer service line about each product & new year delivery times, they were very helpful and professional.The admin emails & delivery confirmation calls were prompt professional and clear. The delivery men were fantastic - took great care, communicated with each other all the way up the staircase and were very thorough in their intructions while being fast & efficient. ...and took away both old products for free! So far both products are going very well, so I cant comment on aftersales service, and hope i never need to! I can totally recommend Appliances Online and have been telling all my friends to consider using them.Very impressed with the professional & prompt service Delivery, services & returns
