When you buy, the website lets you choose the delivery date. This feature is unique and really convenient for working buyers. Also, on the date of delivery, the driver rings to let you know the exact time period he is coming. I appreciate this feature very much, and next time I buy something online, if the product is sold by Appliances Online I will buy from them only. Also, I recommend this company to my friends for their future purchases.I recommend this company to my friends I ordered my Beefeater BBQ on the 27/12/2010 and at the time I was advised that there was to be a delay (approx 3-4 weeks) on the delivery of my BBQ, which I was fine with. It was great to receive a call from appliances online between christmas and new year keeping me up to date with my back order. I then again received another call on 05/01/2011 advising me my order was being despatched already and that I should receive it in approx 3 days. It arrived exactly as indicated. GREAT SERVICE. The only issue was the carrier who delivered it to a different address than the one clearly shown on the delivery docket !
