A very highly recommended way to buy
A very happy customer! The price we paid was exactly the same as the price in one of the big name stores but the HUGE difference was the service and availability. The big name store couldn't get the item to us "until some time in the new year". Appliances Online got it to us the very next day with free delivery, installation and took all the packaging away as well. Delivery was perfect as well. A very highly recommended way to buy. A completely hassle free transaction
Our washing machine died yesterday morning. We ordered a new one from you guys (cheaper than retail prices woo!) just before lunchtime. I was kept up to date with the progress of our order through SMS, and received a phone call this morning giving us a window for delivery as promised. Our brand new washing machine was delivered (for FREE) this morning BEFORE 10am. It was installed (for FREE) and our old washing machine removed (again for FREE). Thank you for a completely hassle free transaction and fantastic service. I also want to tell you that the whole buying process from first seeing your website through to drinking ice cold milk this mooring was a pleasure. Reshma (If that was who I spoke to on the phone three times) was wonderful. Extremely pleasant, fast and smart. The delivery fellows up here (Dean and his offsider) were polite, professional and did such a good job of clearing the packaging away I thought they were going to pull and a vacuum and give the floor a once over.
