Hey Shae, Wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to Appliances Online. This is the second time we have dealt with you guys and it now confirms how fantastic the team from Appliances On Line really are. Once again your delivery men (both names started with R but unfortunately can only remember Rick) were so friendly and thoughtful, they oozed customer service skills. It wasn't that easy getting my new fridge/freezer in but they managed, taking complete care of they way they moved through my house. Also Shae a thankyou to you. You had the hard task of telling us our original selection wasn't available for a month or so and being so helpful with finding us a solution. Recently bought a westinghouse fridge online. Couldn't make my mind up so called the hotline, got a real person within a minute and from then on the service was amazing. I just wanted to write and let you know how impressed I am with your service.Within 25 hours of placing my order, my new Bosch dishwasher had been delivered, installed and the old one removed, taken away and there I was...standing in my kitchen admiring the gleam of the new dishwasher filled with anticipation and excitement at loading it up for the first wash!THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU - I couldn't be happier. The dishwasher is fantastic. And the fact that the process of purchasing one was made so effortlessly made the experience all the more satisfying. I really want to make special mention of the helpfulness of Will - the gentleman whom I spoke to when I rang to enquire about dishwashers - he was courteous and honest in both conversations we had -he assisted in my choice - instilled confidence in going with Appliance Online and was never ever pushy. He arranged the whole thing and I'd like to thank him. I also want to thank the delivery man, Jeremy - he was pleasant and very efficient. Upon installing my dishwasher he noticed I had a bracket missing from a shelf under my kitchen sink and he secured it for me! How kind. And he even cleaned up under the old dishwasher when he removed it - how nice. He did a great job.Well there you go - 10/10 for service!
