Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but not only was our new fridge delivered to our house first thing this morning, but the old fridge, which was not completely defrosted yet and dripping and dirty, was taken away without complaint by the driver. He unpacked the new fridge, placed in its designated spot in the kitchen and even made sure it was plugged in and turned on for me. The new fridge is fantastic and the whole process from ordering it, to it being delivered a day later free of charge was seamless. Having our old disgusting fridge taken away was also a huge bonus. As I said unfortunately I didnt catch the name of the driver, but if you could pass on my thanks for his hard work that would be fantastic. My tax invoice number was ******* and our Quotation Number was AA******HW. Delivery address ****** We will be sure to use your company again should any of other appliances need replacing. Thanks again.Was taken away without complaint by the driver WONDERFUL ! Our Washing Machine decided it was tired yesterday. Within that time, the old machine has been removed, replaced and a new machine installed! I have 3 young boys and I NEED my washing machine.. Appliances on line have been a God Send. I have not had to leave my house and all aspects of their service as prosmised have been fullfilled. What can I say, their service, professionalism and promises have all been followed through. I will from now on look at this site before visiting a retailer. It has saved me so much leg work and having my washing machine replaced within 24 hours is amazing. THANK YOU and keep up the wonderful work and attitude towards your customers. Your delivery team have been so efficient and informative towards your clients.
