Dear AO, I recently had trouble with a fridge I purchased with you about 2 yrs back. I called up your helpline, which promptly connected me to LG helpline, which in turn promptly arranged a home-based inspection thru a Melbourne based business (WAM electricals), who satisfactorily rectified the problem within reasonable time-frame. I appreciate the quick and courteous response , BIG THANX. Also, I wasn't billed as the fridge was still under warranty. GR8 WORK :) Amit,
