Excellence in customer service
Appliances Online did what they said they would do! (This can be a challenge for some companies, in my experience.) They would ring prior, which they did. Received my new Fisher & Paykel fridge today. Delivery was prompt after I was contacted & the delivery man helped me install my fridge ( had to take kitchen door off to get fridge into kitchen & delivery man reassembled everything ).
