I had trouble ordering on line but once i spoke to someone it all happened so smoothly and quickly. The guys who delivered the machine were delightful and funny. I thought it was worth a note as in general customer service in Australia is so bad. Thank you for all your help.Delightful and funny Yesterday I had a washing machine delivered to my house. The ease in which everything went was surprisingly superb. They called and advised a time when they would arrive, and arrived in that time frame..and the best part of all was being able to pay for it when it arrived...they even took away all the packaging and didn't leave me with it.
