Recently bought a westinghouse fridge online. Couldn't make my mind up so called the hotline, got a real person within a minute and from then on the service was amazing. First class communication

Can you please accept this as my sincere appreciation for the first class communication and delivery exactly as promised! I didn't believe that buying a new washing machine could be such a pleasant experience. The phone call yesterday that delivery would be between 11 and 1 was followed up by delivery at 11.05.
