Not only did they haul my washing machine swiftly up a very challenging staircase, they showed a high level of skill, lateral thinking and professionalism in fitting the machine, which turned out to require removing a cupboard door and replacing it afterwards. They were swift, careful, clean and tidy and never raised an eyebrow to suggest the extra efforts might have been annoying at one of their first deliveries for the day. Truly outstanding. I would thoroughly recommend Appliances Online to absolutely anyone. Thanks!And never raised an eyebrow I had a phone call at 9am this morning from Les one of your delivery drivers, to say he would be delivering my Electrolux fridge/freezer between 2-4pm, and he arrives just after 1.30pm. I didnt think we'd get the fridge thru the door but he assured me it would and removed the packaging before entering my house. He plugged it in with instructions and then removed my fridge (absolutely unheard of from a retail store) What a fabulous fridge, it is whisper quiet, (my neighbour recently bought a Whirlpool and complained how noisy it was) lots of room and makes a difference from my old 30yr plus year old, that had given up the ghost.
