Your prices are unbelievable
I felt compelled to write to tell you how much I enjoyed dealing with your company recently. My new washing machine arrived as promised and as described and I could not be happier. Your prices are unbelievable - I do not know how you do it! The machine I bought was on 'special' with a major national electrical retailer last week for almost $400 more you had the same machine for. Then add in another $120 for delivery and disposal of the old machine and I am over $500 better off!The three people I have told about your company in the last week have all bought from you. How's that for the best advertising there is - word of mouth? I can safely say that I cannot see the day where I will waste half a day buying a new appliance. I will go straight to your website! Ordered a LG Front Loader washing machine on a Tuesday 22/6/10 around lunchtime for delivery into Melb as a gift. Everything that was promised on the website actually happened. Next day delivery, call made before 9am to confirm a 2 hour window for delivery. The driver rang when he was 20 mins away so my friend could go home. Gift received, installed and the old machine taken away. It could not have been a more pleasant online buying experience.
