But I am glad I did take notice, becauseI was in the market for a vacuum cleaner and after looking at all the stores and comparing prices, then asking a question on your home page about the Dyson Vacuum, I purchased the Motorhead, and can only say that the response to my email, the service, speed of deliver and PRICE was nothing short of spectacular! Id previously bought a new fridge - which was a great experience - so when my washing machine died I immediately shopped around and came back to the best deal at Appliances On Line. I even changed my mind the day before delivery - Id realised new machine was too big for space! Not a problem to change size and funds were transferred back into my account the same day. Delivery guys rang and confirmed when to expect them and they fitted and took old machine away - no problems. Great service and highly recommended for those a little unsure of shopping over the net.
