Initial phone in and order placement was simple and efficient. Price though not the best covered all items in one package, ie purchase, delivery, removal of packing and old stove. The delivery was "better" if that is possible, they were 1st rate, punctual, phoned ahead, quick, friendly and good humoured, nothing was a problem.
