I went straight to appliancesonline.com.au, was happy with the price and the way the site handled the transaction. I received a phone call about delivery as promised. On Tuesday morning at the agreed time, two very nice men appeared, took the old machine, installed the new one and I was happily washing less than 24 hours after the old one stopped working. Only one item did not arrive, but was arranged at very short notice to be delivered. Had gone to **** and the **** for their pricing of all five items as a total – no discounts and very heavy delivery fees and very much more expensive. This was my first time purchasing on line, and I have found the experience excellent. Will certainly contact Appliances Online when I require more whitegoods.
