Good no nonsense advice

Thank you for amazing service from the beginning to end of the transaction. I was told if the item was in stock and ordered the before 2.30pm most likely it would be delivered the next day. Yes it was true and I even asked if they could deliver before 12 and they did. I like the 2 hour window. No issues at all. The person on the phone offered very good no nonsense advice. I have NEVER known such efficient service

I had never heard of your company before doing a google search. the testimonial page convinced me. i ordered a washing machine. the emails from your company explaining the procedure were very clear. the next day l received a phone call at 7.30am from a delivery man that my machine would be delivered between 8 and 10. 8.15 2 guys arrived with it on the door step, 5 minutes later it was installed, ready to go and my old machine taken away.
